What does this cost, and how do I know it'll pay off?

It depends on scope, but most engagements start under $6,000, and we start small on purpose. Most 1:1 Workshop clients delegate 5-10 hours a week of busywork to Claude, so you see the payoff before any bigger commitment. Book an intro call and we'll map the right starting point for you.

What if my team isn't ready for AI yet?

Most teams aren't blocked on ability. They're blocked on someone showing them what's possible on their actual work. Start with a 1:1 Workshop for yourself or your executive team, get real work off your plate, and then roll it out across the company from there.

Do team members need to be technical?

No. Most of the people we install AI for (sales, ops, and finance leaders) aren't technical. Our framework is built so anyone who can describe a workflow can teach it to AI.

What's the time commitment?

The 1:1 Workshop is one 90-minute session. Each team workshop runs about 2 hours, and a larger rollout can span 1–2 days across several sessions. The Fractional CAIO engagement is an ongoing monthly retainer with regular working sessions.
