Frequently asked questions
Yes. Leaders tend to be the best students because they already know how to delegate. If you can explain a task to a new hire, you can teach it to Claude. No code involved.
That's why it's 90 minutes on your real work, not generic AI training. This workshop is designed to teach busy leaders the most important skills they need to maximize AI in the shortest amount of time. Additionally, most people walk away from the workshop getting back 5–10 hours a week. So if you're drowning right now, can you afford not to do this?
Generally yes, when following best practices. By default, Anthropic won't train on your data on team plans and you can opt-out on personal plans. Additionally, Claude holds SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certifications (i.e. they undergo routine 3rd-party security audits). To keep data in your circle of trust, stick to connectors built by Anthropic or by vendors you already pay (e.g. Gmail or Google Drive). You also control what each connector can do. For example, you can let Claude read and draft emails without letting it send them. We'll set all of this up together in the session.
While we recommend using Claude for business users, the workshop works with ChatGPT and Copilot Cowork too. Skills are an open standard so they work across AI tools and the 4-step framework generalizes to any tool.
