Account Creation and Eligibility
By creating an account on AI Builder Academy, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Course Access and Licensing
When you enroll in a course (free or paid), you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the course content for your own learning purposes. This license does not grant you ownership of any course materials.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share your account or course access with others
- Download, copy, redistribute, or republish course content (including videos, text, and code examples) without written permission
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract content from the platform
- Attempt to circumvent access controls or security measures
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
Intellectual Property
All course content, including videos, text, images, code examples, and the platform itself, is the property of AI Builder Academy and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding.
Payment and Refunds
Some courses require a one-time payment for access. All prices are listed in USD. Once a purchase is complete, access is granted immediately. Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase — contact us if you have concerns.
Free courses may be accessed at no cost after creating an account.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to course content will be revoked.
Limitation of Liability
AI Builder Academy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific course or service in question.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify users via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
